November 17, 2020
We understand the concern our patrons may be experiencing with the recent surge in positive cases of COVID-19. We remain dedicated to protecting our community’s safety and health. With Governor Pritzker’s latest Stay-At-Home Advisory issued for Suburban Cook County taking effect November 16, we are taking additional steps to support you.
Our programs and facilities are still running and open. We remain deeply committed to masks, small group sizes, social distancing, hand washing, increased ventilation and diligent sanitation. However, if you and/or a family member is currently registered in one of our programs and would like to cancel, or discontinue a membership, we are happy to issue a refund.
To cancel, contact us at email@example.com and provide the program/membership name and the name of the registered individual. Once we receive your request, we’ll apply a prorated refund for all remaining membership or class time to your original method of payment. This does not apply to intermittent refunds for lack of attendance.
We’ve expanded mask restrictions
With the increase of COVID-19 cases in our community, all additional safety measures are essential. Beginning November 17, we will require that masks be worn during ALL indoor activity, regardless of group size and proximity. This now includes previously exempt activities, such as while playing adult tennis and exercising at the Center Fitness Club. Additionally, we strongly advise you to wear masks while outdoors, particularly when it is not possible to maintain a six-foot distance. This includes platform tennis, golf, and our playgrounds.
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC and State of Illinois, will continue to adapt our practices as needed, and communicate with you often.
As always, thank you for your ongoing patience, support and flexibility as we collectively navigate this pandemic together.
