Reiki Certification Training

Reiki is a safe, simple, natural and easy to learn experiential technique. You will learn the history of Reiki, the basic hand positions for treatment of self and others. Class time is provided for students to practice. Upon completion, you will be certified as a first degree, traditional Reiki practitioner. Workbook and materials included.
Minnie Boys at Porchlight Theatre in Chicago

Miracle at the Royal George Theatre

Miracle is a new musical about a blue collar Chicago family and what it means to be a Chicagoan. Set against the backdrop of the Chicago Cubs 2016 championship season, this heartwarming story chronicles the tale of the Delaneys, a Northside family whose lives for generations have been linked to the Cubbies. BAPS Mandir Hindu Temple in Bartlett
Thur, June 13, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
This Hindu Temple was built of hand-carved Italian marble and Turkish limestone. The mandir is the largest of its kind in Illinois and was constructed according to guidelines outlined in ancient Hindu texts of temple architecture. The complex spreads over 27 acres! After our tour, we will travel to The India House for a delicious lunch. Wear your walking shoes!

The Mallinckrodt facility is located in a historic 1916 building set amidst our own peaceful 14 acre Mallinckrodt Park in the heart of Wilmette. A large common room, which can be divided into two smaller rooms, is perfect for special events as well as meetings and community activities. The adjacent kitchen is a caterer's dream. A large room with wooden floors is available for classes and meetings--it has access to an outdoor picnic area and Mallinckrodt Park.
Other available space includes a cozy library, an additional smaller meeting room, and an outdoor gazebo (in conjunction with room rental). Depending on your activity and room selection we can handle groups up to 80 people.
Convenient, accessible, public parking is located directly adjacent to the facility entrance.
