Spring Break Camp
Age 5-13
Spring Break Camp is offered for children currently enrolled in Kindergarten through Grade 8 during the Wilmette Public Schools District 39 Spring Break. Children are offered a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, group games, indoor and outdoor activities. This program meets at the Community Recreation Center.

Age 3-4
Come play soccer with Coach Abe during spring break. We will learn soccer moves each day and play many soccer games like Crazy Crabs, Star Wars, Dog catcher, turkey hunters and many more. We will finish each day with a scrimmage.

This outdoor sports game camp introduces kids to football, basketball, soccer, baseball, floor hockey, kickball, running games and much more. The emphasis will be on the development of teamwork and sportsmanship. Our goal is to teach boys and girls to enjoy playing for the sake of the sport itself. Bring a labeled water bottle and face covering.

Players will learn various lacrosse techniques such as ball control, cradling, scooping, passing, catching, shooting, dodging, and goalie skills, and the fundamentals any lacrosse player must have! Drills and skill-oriented games in a fast-paced and safe environment will be used to teach these fundamentals. Offensive and defensive techniques and positioning will also be taught in this camp. Young athletes learn the fundamentals to improve and develop flexibility, proper stretching, body positioning, core-strength, balance, and cool-down techniques as they relate to exercising and the jumping, running and throwing skills involved in the sport of track and field. They practice sprints, relays, long-distance walking, running hurdles, long jump, discus throw and other track and field events as well as participate in a fun-filled track and field meet on the last day of camp. Youth will be taught the skills and techniques that will help them enhance their overall athletic performance on the track and field and in other sports.
