DESCRIPTION:Get Pumped for the Center Fitness Club’s \nBench Press Competition\nThink you’ve got the strongest bench in the gym? Put it to the test at our Bench Press Competition! Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just want to challenge yourself\, this event is all about strength & fun! You’ll have three attempts to complete your heaviest bench press and see who will be this year’s champion! \n\nMay 17\, 9-11 am\nAt the Center Fitness Club’s Functional Training Room\nRegistration Fee: $20\nAge 14 & up\n\nRegister at the Fitness Desk – registration closes 5/11! Age/gender divisions will be assigned after registration closes. Registration includes event t-shirt (Adult small-2XL). \nRules below:\n\nCheck-in opens 30–45 minutes before lifting begins – warmup ahead of assigned timeslot is encouraged.\nEach participant will have 3 attempts to hit their maximum bench press.\nYour heaviest successful lift will count as your final score.\nMust follow standard bench press form:\n\nBar must touch chest\nFull lockout at the top\nNo bouncing or excessive arching\n\n\nSpotters & judge required for each lift.\nJudges’ decisions are final.\nEach division’s 1st place champion wins 1 FREE month CFC Gym Membership.\n\n  \n\n\n\n  \n  Download PDF\n      \n          \n          \n           Save This Page as a PDF
