- Gillson Beach – at the south end of Gillson Park
Join GoGreen Wilmette for bird walks in late April and May. Learn how to identify both backyard birds and those stopping to rest and refuel as they migrate north. Get tips for how to attract more birds to your yard. Beginners and children welcome!
Meet at the martin house by the Coast Guard Station at the south end of Gillson Park. Bring binoculars if you have them, but we’ll have some extras available. Dress warmly! (Information about virtual and self-guided walks available on our website.)
