  • Barre – Our Barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time.

  • Cardio Sculpt – A total body workout for both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat-drenched sculpting session. Build strength and endurance as you sculpt your entire body.

  • Circuit Training – Get ready to sweat through 4 blocks of circuit work! Each block of work will have targeted strength moves for your upper body, lower body, and core. You are guaranteed to get a great total body workout in this class.

  • Cycle Power – A metrics-driven cycling workout that uses the best-in-class Stages Console to measure your performance, motivate and challenge you. Build cardio, strength, power and endurance.

  • Cycle Sculpt – You’ve tried a traditional cycling class. Now, why not mix it up? Cycle Sculpt is an intense combo class that will push your body to the limit. It combines intervals of cardio with strength conditioning, moving quickly between the bike and equipment on the ground. Expect to work with dumbbells, bands, and your own body-weight. You will be on and off the bike throughout the class.

  • Fusion60 – Three workouts in one! Fusion60 is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through a mix of cardio, strength training and core/balance training. Are you ready for the challenge?

  • Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness – Ready to move at a deliberate and thoughtful pace? In this class we soothe and balance the body, mind and spirit using breath and gentle, rhythmic fluid movements. This is a nurturing practice that emphasizes inner peace and focused flow that we incorporate on and off our mat. This practice is performed with mindful awareness and keen connection to the breath, quieting the nervous system while strengthening the body and mind. No experience or flexibility required.

  • HIIT – HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

  • Kickboxing & Strength – Jab, uppercut, hook and kick! Are you up for a challenge? This is a cardio class that has high energy and motivation. All fitness levels are welcome. Develop new skills and a strong core in this fierce-but-fun class. Combinations of upper- and lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.

  • Low Impact High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – This class is a combination of strength training, basic low impact/high intensity cardiovascular segments, balance and flexibility. Specifically designed for those who prefer a great workout without the added impact to joints. Think of this class as the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. You get to challenge your muscles and your heart, all while keeping your joints happy. We will start in Studio A for the first 40 minutes of class followed by a 5 minute transition time to get to the Cycle Studio and finish with HIIT on the bikes for 15 minutes.

  • Pilates Mat – Pilates Mat classes are a full body workout that use your body weight to strength and tone the body. Pilates Mat is performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body’s own resistance — and sometimes small props, such as foam rollers, the magic circle or ring, balls or weights. This beginner friendly class is ideal for multiple fitness levels. Pilates Mat will improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance.

  • Roll & Release – Combines different functional and strength moves, breath work with various self-myofascial release techniques (balls, foam rollers, etc). Combining guided self-massage with breath work and targeted strength work you will roll away feeling stronger yet unwound, unbound and completely relaxed. Ball rolling is a perfect complement to your fitness and yoga practice, so make your self-care a priority and get those muscles rolling!

  • Run/Spin – Meet for a 30 minute run with Peter outdoors at the entrance of CRC building (*weather dependent, will meet on track if raining). Meet after the run in the Spin room at 7:30am for 30 minutes of Spin with Marta. All Levels Welcome!

  • SpinYasa – The best of both worlds! 30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga.
