By joining our 10-week Transformation Challenge, you are committing not only to yourself, but also to a team of individuals motivated to work hard and transform their health. Each participant is expected to meet twice a week with their coach and teammates. The top three individuals with the most improved percentage of weight and body fat (combined) will win a prize. The top three teams with the most points will also win a prize.
Fill out a Registration Form to let us know a little about you and your goals for this challenge. Register as a team of 4-5, or sign up individually and we will place you with teammates of similar interest.

– 2 small group sessions per week with your Coach and Team
– Full access to the Fitness Center gym
– Unlimited Group Fitness Classes
– Weigh in/out + Body Fat Percentage
– Top 3 individuals that lose the highest percentage of weight + body fat win prizes
– Top 3 teams with the highest points win prizes (points given for check-ins, attending classes, attending weekly sessions with your coach and other weekly challenges throughout the program)
