Day-Of-Party Information
Party Schedule
- Party guests will meet in the party room to celebrate prior to the show.
- Host and guests should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time.
- The party host is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive.
- You’ll have a larger window of time in the party room either before or after the show to enjoy food, cake, non-alcoholic beverages and open presents.
- The party host is responsible for keeping track of the time and escorting guests to the Community Recreation Center auditorium for the show.
- Doors open 15 minutes before showtime.
- The party host is responsible for ensuring all participants are picked up to go home.
Frozen Performance
- The Winter Mini production of Disney’s Frozen KIDS is hosted by the Wilmette Children’s Theater and runs approximately 40 minutes.
- Our talented young actors are in grades 1-4.
- Disney’s Frozen KIDS is presented through special arrangement with and all authorized materials are supplied by Music Theatre International, New York, NY.
Party Room
- The assigned party room will be yours for the full 2 hours.
- The party host should check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Party Package Details
This package includes a 2-hour party room rental and up to 20 tickets to the same day’s Wilmette Children’s Theater performance of Disney’s Frozen KIDS.

Party Add-On Options
LARGE PARTIES: Parties with more than 20 participants attending the show (including adults) may purchase extra tickets at a discounted rate of $10 per ticket. Children under age 2 who will be sitting on a lap do not need a ticket. Maximum party room capacity varies.
