All of our camps are peanut-free; if sending your child to camp with a snack or sack lunch, please make certain that it does not contain peanut products.
With additional information and ordering instructions.
Camp is a great opportunity to make new friends! We do not accept requests to place your child’s friend in the same group as your child. There are ample opportunities for each child to be with their friends, old and new, during the camp day, even if they are not in the same group. Our camp groups are designed for the safety of all children, and are based on camper-to-staff supervision ratios. Thank you for understanding.
If your child will be in the Wilmette School District 39 Summer Enrichment Program, they can spend their afternoons at a Wilmette Park District camp!
Only the following camps are available to Summer Enrichment students in the afternoons:
* Note: before Summer Enrichment begins, Afternoon Adventure Camp is also available as a full-day camp option (Full-Day Adventure Camp ).
Â
If your camper is attending Summer Enrichment through the Third Period, you are eligible for a 10% discount on the camps listed above, excluding Full-Day Adventure Camp. Please contact your camp supervisor for the discounted camp fee.
Camp registration for Wilmette residents begins at 10 am on Tuesday, February 7. Registration for non-residents begins at 10 am on Tuesday, February 14. A $150 deposit per camp is required at the time of registration. The balance will be auto-debited from your checking account or credit card on May 12. Camp fees under $150 must be paid in full at the time of registration. You may register online, via fax or mail, or in person.

Camp fee balances are collected via auto-debit on May 12, the deadline for camp fees to be paid in full. Camp balances can be auto-debited from either your checking account or your credit card. When you register for a camp, we will request the appropriate information to process the May 12 auto-debit. Camp fees under $150 must be paid in full at the time of registration, so no auto-debit information is required for those camps.
We will refund 100% of the fee paid any time prior to two weeks before the start of the program. Under two weeks of a program’s start date, we will refund your fee paid, less a 10% surcharge, up to a maximum of $75. After the start of a program, a prorated refund for the remaining classes will be issued, less a 10% surcharge with no maximum limit. This policy is strictly enforced to allow completion of camp preparations, ranging from staff hiring, camper groupings and supply purchasing to informational mailings. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.
