Lakeview Center Rentals
The newly renovated Lakeview Center is set in the center of scenic Gillson Park. With views of the lake and the greenery of the park it offers a perfect setting for any special event. We offer weekday evenings and weekend rentals based on availability. Rental rates are explained below, or you can download our In-Season or Offseason pricing guides.

Additional Notes:
- There is a four hour minimum for all rentals.
- Chairs and tables are provided. All other items must be brought by the renter.
- Rentals are welcome to work with a caterer, but we encourage caterers to visit the site before a party to become oriented to the space.
- A $200 non-refundable security deposit is required to reserve the date.
- Liquor Liability Insurance: $250

Lakeview Room
Capacity: 102 people
The ambiance of the Center’s Lakeview Room is enhanced by a fireplace and beautiful lakefront views overlooking Wallace Bowl, the swimming beach and Gillson Park. It’s the perfect venue for weddings, family celebrations, company outings, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, business seminars and classes.

Gillson Room
Capacity: 56 people
Lakeview Center’s Gillson Room is just the right size for small meetings, business seminars, classes or an intimate luncheon or tea. Large windows bring in refreshing sunlight with views of Gillson Park and the surrounding greenery.
