Responsible for program development in gymnastics, including planning and coaching. Assists in managing and directing the gymnastics program under direct supervision of the Gymnastics Manager. Responsible for preparing the competitive team for competition. Teaches with a focus on safety and technique. This is a PT 1-IMRF position.

The Before School Rec (BSR) Counselor is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for school-age children (Kindergarten through 4th Grade) during before-school hours. This position is responsible for leading games, crafts, enrichment activities, and assisting with homework or structured free time. Counselors help support each child’s development through planning and leading enriching daily activities, supporting positive peer interactions, and fostering strong relationships with children and families. This position requires energy, creativity, teamwork, and a passion for working with kids in a before-school recreational setting. This is a PT 2 position, with the benefits listed below.

The After School Rec Assistant Site Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the After School Rec (ASR) program. Working closely with the Site Coordinator, this position helps ensure program quality, staff accountability, child safety, and smooth transitions throughout the day. The Assistant Site Coordinator is expected to take the initiative, step into a leadership role when needed, and support all elements of program delivery, including activity planning, staff direction, and parent communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in youth programs to expand their leadership responsibilities in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

- Mon-Thurs 3-5 pm
You’ll help create a welcoming, safe and organized environment for students after school. Responsibilities include greeting and checking students in, supervising snack and transition time to enrichment classes, monitoring student behavior and ensuring smooth dismissal. The role supports the flow of our enrichment programs, no lesson planning or curriculum preparation. Schedule follows D39 schedules—no ASE when D39 schools are closed.
