Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Wilmette Park District to offer programs or services to the community. Please complete this form with information regarding your proposed program. 

Completing this form initiates a request to enter into a contract only. Submitting this form does not guarantee a proposal will be selected or approved. 

Please allow up to four weeks from the form submission to allow for staff to review and select proposals to progress to the next step in the process. Please note, selected programs or services may take up to six months to implement.
