Summer Stewardship Workday & Family Day –

at Gillson Park Bird Habitat

• October 4 from 9-11 am
• Gillson Bird Habitat – along Michigan Avenue

Join Go Green Wilmette for a special autumn work day! Gather seeds from the native plants in the habitat and spread them from 9-11 am—a fun task for younger children! Then join a tree walk from 10-11:30 am. No experience needed, drop-ins welcomed.

Meet at the habitat on Michigan Ave. Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. Remember to bring gardening gloves and drinking water. Tools provided by the Wilmette Park District. Email info@gogreenwilmette.org for more information.
