Steve Jacobs (aka Stevie Swing) is a popular Chicago Jazz Crooner, top Sinatra Tribute Artist and truly Versatile Entertainer.

He’s been bringing music lovers to their feet and dance floors across Chicago and The Midwest for over 20 years with his own music and refreshing brand of classic sounds!

Steve is grateful to be performing his own songs and the music he loves with some of Chicago’s most renown working musicians – from Swing & Jazz to Pop & Country! It is his acclaimed Chicago Sinatra/Rat Pack Tribute “THAT’S LIFE” for which he is most known, capturing the sound, style and vibe of ‘Ol Blue Eyes In Concert (Dino too!)

With power house vocals and exceptional jazz ensembles, Steve performs favorites, rarities and iconic live albums such as “Sinatra at the Sands” and “The Main Event”, Solo, Duo, Trio & with his Summer Wind Band. More true Sinatra Stylist than attempted look-a-like Sinatra Impersonator. Expanded shows may also include his spot-on “mini tributes” to other American Musical Icons Dean Martin, Elvis & Neil Diamond!

Steve first began singing Sinatra (and most everything else) as a kid many Sundays ago at his Church’s Spaghetti Dinners (Mary Seat, Park Ridge, Il.) “When I was a kid, I got a guitar, bought Beatles Records, watched Elvis Movies and listened to my Dad play his Crosby & Sinatra records. I guess I was taking it all in. Then I heard Jim Croce and started writing songs.” Steve’s first gig was his 6th Grade Variety Show singing “Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head.” In High School (Maine South) he began performing in Jazz Band, school dances and Chicagoland “Ground Round” Restaurants with his buddy. “We were probably responsible for those closing down.”

With degrees in Communications & Music from NIU, his passion for Performance & Songwriting has included headlining concerts at Performance Art Theatres, Festivals & Special Events across the Midwest.
