Beach Rules & Regulations
ENTRY INTO SWIM BEACH requires a season or daily pass.
Swim ONLY in designated areas, no one should swim alone.
NO alcohol, smoking, littering, fires, glass bottles or pets allowed.
ONLY USCG approved lifejackets, NO inflatables, floats or pool toys.
Umbrellas MUST BE placed behind the lifeguard chairs, NO large tents or shade structures allowed.
ALL BAGS AND COOLERS subject to search.
Children 12 and under MUST BE accompanied by a responsible person 18 years of age or older.
Feeding wildlife is PROHIBITED.
Parents or guardians MUST SUPERVISE their children while on property.
Personal conduct SHALL NOT jeopardize the safety of self and others.
STAFF HAVE THE AUTHORITY to implement and enforce rules that are more stringent or that supplement those listed.
Patrons must comply with all Village & Park District Policies and Ordinances.
