Rentals at the Lakeview Center
Lakeview Center rentals are available in a limited capacity. We are currently offering rentals with a maximum of 40 people. The Gillson Room can currently accommodate 12 people maximum. To learn more or book a rental, please contact us:

Set in scenic Gillson Park with beautiful views of Lake Michigan, the Lakeview Center offers a perfect setting for a special event. Two rooms are available for rental: The Lakeview Room with a balcony that overlooks the lake, and the Gillson Room, which looks out toward Gillson Park.
Lakeview Room
The ambiance of the Center's Lakeview Room is enhanced by a fireplace and gleaming hardwood floors which create a perfect venue for weddings, family celebrations, company outings, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, business seminars and classes. Kitchen facilities are also available.
The Lakeview Room can accommodate 80 seated guests or 100 standing. It is available for rental all 12 months of the year.
Gillson Room
The Gillson Room can accommodate 18 people seated or 32 standing. It is just the right size for small meetings, business seminars, classes or an intimate luncheon or tea. It is also available for rental all 12 months of the year.
Rentals
Rentals can be booked seven days a week. Daytime/Weekday rates apply from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Evening/Weekend rates apply between 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Need extra space for that party you are planning in the Lakeview Room? The Gillson Room can be added to your rental for a special rate. Kitchen facilities are available.
