Age Divisions & Capacity Details

Age 4-6

• Up to 14 participants
• +$83 for 15-21 participants

Age 7-15

• Up to 18 participants
• +$83 for 19-27 participants

Party Schedule

Parties will begin with 60 minutes in the gymnastics center.

• Gym time will include gymnastics skill instruction, obstacle courses, pit and trampoline time!

Parties will finish with 30 minutes in the party room.

• The perfect time to serve food, open gifts, play games or give out goody bags.

Party Start

• Supervising parents of the birthday party child have access to the party room to set up decorations 30 minutes prior to the start of the party.
• We encourage attendees to be dropped off 15 minutes in advance of the party, in the party room.
• At the beginning of the party, gymnastics coaches will come to the party room to escort the party attendees to the gym.

Payment Information

• Full payment for the party is due upon reservation. Final party numbers must be confirmed and any necessary additional payment made by the Wednesday before the party, or the party will be canceled with no refund.
• Your signed party contract must be received before the party. Send your completed contract to gymnasticsparty@wilpark.org.
• Cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to the party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation request made within 14 days of the party date are not eligible for a refund.
