Last Day of Regular Season: Labor Day, 9/7
To help patrons plan for the remainder of the summer, Wilmette Park District is announcing our Regular Pool Season is scheduled to conclude on Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2026. This will be the final day of Public Swim at Centennial Family Aquatic Center.

Postseason Lap Swim: 9/8-9/13
We’re pleased to announce Postseason Lap Swim! We’ve worked hard to coordinate with contractors and staff to allow an extra week of lap swimming.
Postseason Adult Lap Swim – 8 Lanes
Age 16 & up
All season passes are valid | Daily R-$13 / Daily NR-$20
Tuesday – Friday, September 8-11
- 7 am-12:45 pm
- 4-8 pm (4 lanes, 5-7 pm)
Saturday-Sunday, September 12-13
- 7 am-12:45 pm
Saturday, September 12
- Pool Member Appreciation, 10-11:30 am
- Join us on the pool deck for conversations about the pool, coffee/drinks and light snacks!
Postseason Work Begins: 9/14
Several crucial maintenance projects and seasonal preparations must take place before the season turns and temperature dips. These include:
- Water piping maintenance and repairs
- Pool shell maintenance
- Slide construction work
- Winterization of outdoor aquatic facility and mechanical systems
Completing this work on schedule will help prepare the facility for future improvements and the 2027 summer season.
