Grade or Age?
Register for the grade your child will enter in fall ’26, or age your child will be on the first day of camp.
- When possible, the Summer Camp Guide provides grade ranges for programs. However, age ranges are indicated on our website program pages and on the Registration Site. This is because our data systems cannot convert ages to grades.
- *To see how grades line up with age ranges, check the Camps by Age/Grade chart on page seven of the Summer Camp Guide.
All About Enrolling
Fees are listed with “R” to indicate the Wilmette resident fee, and with “NR” to indicate the non-resident fee. For an official definition of residency and the “fair share” concept, please visit Click Here
- Resident registration begins at 10 am on Tuesday, February 10
- Non-resident registration begins at 10 am on Tuesday, February 17.

- Forms should be emailed to registration@wilpark.org

Registration forms will be processed randomly beginning on the assigned registration day for Wilmette residents and non-residents, respectively. You will receive confirmation by mail.
Payment, Cancellations & More
Camp Payment Information
For sessions over 2 weeks and $300, you can secure your spot with a $300 deposit. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from your checking account or credit card prior to the start of camp (April 17 for 2026 Summer Camps). All other camp fees are due in full at registration. You may register online, via fax or mail, or in person.
- Camp fee balances are collected via auto-debit prior to the start of camp. The deadline for camp fees to be paid in full is posted when summer camp programs become available.
- Camp balances can be auto-debited from either your checking account or your credit card. When you register for a camp, we will request the appropriate information to process the deadline auto-debit.
- Camp sessions under 2 weeks and $300 must be paid in full at the time of registration, so no auto-debit information is required for those camps.
Camp Cancellation and Refunds
While we do our best to keep all programs running as scheduled, sometimes adjustments are necessary due to enrollment or other factors.
- If we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, you’ll be notified and we’ll issue a full refund.
Need to cancel? Here’s how it works:
- Cancel at least two weeks before the program starts for a full refund.
- Cancel within two weeks of the start date for a refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
- After the program begins, you’ll receive a prorated refund for unused dates, less a 20% administrative fee.
This procedure helps us prepare effectively for your camp experience. Thank you for your understanding!
Camp Friend Requests
Camp is a great opportunity to make new friends! We do not accept requests to place your child’s friend in the same group as your child. There are ample opportunities for each child to be with their friends, old and new, during the camp day, even if they are not in the same group. Our camp groups are designed for the safety of all children, and are based on camper-to-staff supervision ratios. Thank you for understanding.
ePACT Network
We are proud to utilize ePACT Network, a health and safety software to better support our participants and make it easier to submit critical data securely!
- Why are we using ePACT?
- To save you time – With ePACT, you only need to complete your child’s information once and update it as needed.
- To improve our check-in/check-out procedures for camp participants and their families – ePACT offers digital options for checking participants into and out of programs each day.
- For better security & privacy – ePACT’s high encryption levels and commitment to security means your data on ePACT is safer than on paper.
- How it works?
- It’s a very simple process! You’ll be sent a request for EACH child; click the “Complete Request” button, create an account and follow the prompts to share data with the Wilmette Park District. If you have more than one child attending, family data will automatically pre-fill, saving you time.
- Medical forms & other information will be completed through ePACT – stay tuned!
