Fluid Running® is a deep water fitness class that provides all the benefits of running on land, without any impact. It's a phenomenal full body workout! The benefits include:

  • Burns up to 40% more calories than running on land
  • You don't need to be a runner
  • Strengthens legs, core and arms
  • Improves cardiovascular fitness
  • Zero impact
  • It's enjoyable!

These high-energy, music-backed, workouts are broadcast via speaker, and are supported by a Certified Fluid Running Facilitator, to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. Participants should be comfortable in the deep water and capable of swimming from the middle of the pool to the wall. Register for the full session, or daily drop ins. Please note, drop-in registration opens 24-hours before each class.
