• 45-minute Vinyasa yoga flow at the Wallace Bowl
• 15-minute transition as we stroll to the sauna
• 45-minute sauna session at Campfire Sauna & Social

With a meditative playlist setting the tone, this class is designed to help you unwind, reset and leave feeling grounded and renewed.
