PERMANENT COURT TIME BENEFITS
- It's guaranteed. Permanent Court Time gives you a regular time to play. The court is yours; no phone call is needed to see if a court might be available.
- It's convenient. You select your day and time. Plan ahead for the entire indoor season.
- It's your group. Invite your own group of players to join you for the season.
- It's flexible. If your schedule changes, you may put your court time up for sale. If sold, you'll be credited the court fee.
- It's social. You may invite guests or other members to play with your group. Reasonable guest fees apply.
Purchase Or Renew Permanent Court Time
Indoor Permanent Court Time
- Current Permanent Court Time holders will have the option to simply renew for next season. See renewal instructions below.
- If you currently do not own a time, but would like to secure one, contact Robby at rramdhanie@wilpark.org.
- The PCT Indoor Tennis Season runs September through May.
Outdoor Permanent Court Time
- Summer outdoor Permanent Court Times are not renewable from year to year. For outdoor Permanent Court Time, we follow the traditional application process, as outlined below.
Renew: Indoor
- If you wish to renew your current permanent court time, contact Robby at rramdhanie@wilpark.org.
- To renew, you will need to complete the traditional application (obtain at front desk) with a Principal and Co-Signer, or Principal only. Court time fees will be billed to the Principal.
- You must have renewed your Wilmette Tennis Club membership as well. Renew your membership online, via phone (847-256-9676), or at the Tennis Club front desk.
Purchase: Indoor
If you would like a permanent court time, contact Robby at rramdhanie@wilpark.org. Times are based on availability. Note: you must be a member of the Wilmette Tennis Club to purchase Permanent Court Time.
Purchase: Outdoor Permanent Time
- Contact Robby at rramdhanie@wilpark.org.
- Permanent Court Time season: Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Fee: $175 for a 1-hour time slot for the summer season.
- In the event we receive multiple applications for the same court/time slots, we will select applicants through a lottery system.
