All of our camps are peanut-free; if sending your child to camp with a snack or sack lunch, please make certain that it does not contain peanut products.

We are proud to announce our adoption of ePACT Network, a health and safety software to better support our participants and make it easier to submit critical data securely!
Why are we using ePACT?
How it works?
It’s a very simple process! You’ll be sent a request for EACH child; click the “Complete Request” button, create an account and follow the prompts to share data with the Wilmette Park District. If you have more than one child attending, family data will automatically pre-fill, saving you time!
If your child is in one of the below full-day camps this summer, download the Wilmette Camp App and have easy access to camp news, events, photos, and camp information on our very own password-protected app!
If you’re registered for one of the above camps, use the links below to download the app ahead of time! Registered participants will be able to create an account using their household email.
When possible, the Summer Camp Guide provides grade ranges for programs. However, age ranges are indicated on our website program pages and on the Registration Site. This is because our data systems cannot convert ages to grades.
*To see how grades line up with age ranges, check the Camps by Age chart on page three of the Summer Camp Guide.
For sessions over 2 weeks and $300, you can secure your spot with a $300 deposit. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from your checking account or credit card on April 18. All other camp fees are due in full at registration.

Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy
While we do our best to keep all programs running as scheduled, sometimes adjustments are necessary due to enrollment or other factors.
Need to cancel? Here’s how it works:
This policy helps us prepare effectively for your camp experience. Thank you for your understanding!
Camp Friend Requests
Camp is a great opportunity to make new friends! We do not accept requests to place your child’s friend in the same group as your child. There are ample opportunities for each child to be with their friends, old and new, during the camp day, even if they are not in the same group. Our camp groups are designed for the safety of all children, and are based on camper-to-staff supervision ratios. Thank you for understanding.
We want you to have an easy time shopping for the perfect summer camp(s). Whether you are a modern web page scroller, or a traditional page turner – there’s a method for you to browse as you please.
We’ve carefully crafted our website program pages and digital Camp Guide to provide an efficient browsing experience for all viewing preferences. These resources contain everything you need to plan the camp season and have an easy, seamless registration experience.
